Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential business opportunities through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn.
• Prepare and submit proposals, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into successful projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize business growth.
• Collaborate with the technical team to create winning proposals and presentations.
• Maintain a clear and accurate record of all interactions and progress.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through active bidding and lead conversion.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain records of business transactions.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Online Bidder/BD Executive in IT Sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in online bidding portals and lead generation techniques.
• Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and web development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
