Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the IT sector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
• Generate leads through various channels – LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals, etc.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services/solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Maintain sales pipeline and generate regular reports for management
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in IT sales/business development
• Strong understanding of IT services and solutions (Web, Mobile, ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Preferred Candidates:

• Candidates from Gujarat preferred
• Immediate joiners will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
