Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored software solutions.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data and sales records using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 0-2 years in business development, sales, or client management (IT industry preferred).
• Education: Any graduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Hindi & English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools is an advantage.
