Role Overview:

We’re looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and promote VCAN’s IT solutions. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing tailored technology solutions, and driving long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for IT infrastructure, software, and deployment projects.
• Engage with corporate clients to understand technical requirements and propose customized solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional business presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment of client needs and solutions offered.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and track progress against targets.
• Develop lasting relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business.
• 1–4 years of experience in IT B2B sales or solution selling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Technical understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, or software deployment preferred.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and handle end-to-end client coordination.
• Domestic Traveling is a must

Payment Structure:

• Fix + Variable

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
