About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships. This role involves identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Present company products/services to prospects in a professional manner.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, MBA, B. Com or equivalent preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
