Handle the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure. Use LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other strategies to generate leads. Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand needs and propose tailored IT solutions. Bid actively on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms to secure new projects. Build strong networks for vendor empanelment, key account management , and long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses. Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or MBA . 2–4 years of experience in IT sales or business development . Strong network and industry connections in domestic and international markets , including vendor empanelment and key accounts . Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and online bidding portals like Upwork. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Confidence in cold calling and direct client engagement.
