Business Developer

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is eager to kickstart their career and contribute to the growth of our company. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of business development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and email outreach.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
• Participate in meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives.

Soft Skills Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a relevant educational background.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
