About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business decisions
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate weekly/monthly reports
• Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account retention
