We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Customer Support team for an international inbound process. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Handle inbound customer queries via phone calls (international process).
* Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
* Troubleshoot customer issues effectively and escalate when necessary.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems.
* Achieve daily/weekly KPIs including call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
* Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult conversations professionally.
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (if required).
* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
* For experienced candidates: 1-5 years of experience in a similar international voice process.
* 5-day work week with rotational offs.
