: Proven knowledge of GDPR and Chinas data residency laws, especially regarding Layer 7 storage and logging configurations
Technical Competencies

Scalability & Performance
: References from past clients handling >1M requests/hour on Layer 7, including anonymized architecture diagrams and performance benchmarks
