Branch:Branch Head

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Head to lead our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the BFSI sector, with a strong background in marketing and sales

• Ensure efficient daily operations, including lending, product sales, and customer service, aligning with bank objectives
• Prepare and implement branch growth plans in consultation with the Cluster Head to achieve top-line goals
• Establish and strengthen relationships with key customers to generate sustained business
• Review daily/periodic reports, such as overdrawn accounts, temporary overdrafts, cash retention limits, and office accounts, taking proactive action to ensure profitable and ethical business
• Ensure audit-related deliverables, both internal and external, meet prescribed norms
• Create a performance-oriented environment leading to high employee motivation and productivity
• Ensure staff are adequately trained on bank products, sales processes, and policies
• Resolve and report any disruptions (eg, strikes or local disturbances) to ensure smooth branch operations
• Liaise with the cluster office and other branch offices to manage operations and achieve business goals
• Maintain proper upkeep of branch premises and assets, including safety and security

• A graduate or MBA degree from a recognized institute is required; NCFM and AMFI certifications are preferred
• Possess knowledge of banking products and services, regulatory guidelines, and norms
• Demonstrate good communication skills in English and the local language, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage complex client situations and risk uncertainty in a dynamic priority-setting environment
• Exhibit the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Be proficient in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively
