Key Responsibilities of a Branch Sales Manager

Sales Target Achievement:

Driving sales of the bank's products and services within the assigned branch.

Team Management:

Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

Business Development:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the branch's customer base.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Product and Service Delivery:

Ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of Bank's products and services.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Adhering to all relevant banking regulations and risk management policies.

Reporting and Analysis:

Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data to management.
