Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to lead our Banerjee Bajaj Showroom at Sagarbhanga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales performance, managing the team, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction while maintaining Bajaj’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations including sales, service, and customer relations.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to boost retail sales.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Service, and Accounts departments.
• Maintain showroom discipline, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with HO for stock requirements.
• Analyze sales performance reports and take corrective actions as required.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and reporting standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (MBA preferred) with minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile retail management.
• Proven track record of managing a dealership branch or sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to drive performance and achieve business goals.
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
