Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Yelamanchili. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage customer relationships, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive business growth. Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring a team, achieving sales targets, processing loan applications, and maintaining branch profitability.

Qualifications

Proven experience in branch management, sales, and operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of financial products, especially Home Loans, Loans Against Property, and Business Loans
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA preferred
Ability to work on-site in Yelamanchili
