Job Title: Branch Head – Bangalore
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to lead our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the advertising/communications industry, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth. Proficiency in Kannada language is essential for effective client engagement and regional market understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Bangalore branch operations with focus on client servicing, business growth, and team performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly in the Karnataka region, ensuring delivery of high-quality campaigns and services.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage pitches/presentations to prospective clients.
• Guide and mentor the team, fostering creativity, efficiency, and professional growth.
• Oversee financial performance of the branch including revenue targets, profitability, and cost control.
• Collaborate with senior management to align branch goals with organizational objectives.
• Stay updated with regional market trends, media landscape, and advertising opportunities.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in an advertising/communications agency with proven managerial or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, ATL/BTL, media planning, and digital advertising.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Fluency in Kannada (mandatory) along with English and Hindi.
• Strategic thinker with a business development mindset and ability to handle high-value clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,718.09 - ₹81,628.95 per month
