Position: Branch Credit Manager
Product Focus: LAP, Business Loan
Location: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: Up to 3.50 LPA + Other Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing creditworthiness of potential clients for LAP and Business Loan products
- Managing credit applications and ensuring timely processing
- Conducting field visits and investigations as part of the credit appraisal process
- Monitoring and managing credit portfolio performance
- Collaborating with sales and operations teams to streamline credit processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Field PD (Personal Discussion) experience in the finance industry (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of LAP and Business Loan products
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
