BMS Operator

A Building Management System (BMS) Operator is responsible for the operation and maintenance of a building’s technical systems. BMS Operators are responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization of building technologies including HVAC, lighting, automation, and security systems.

Site Location: Fort CST

BMS Operator Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring, operating and troubleshooting building management systems.
• Providing operational support for BMS systems including HVAC, lighting, building automation, and security systems.
• Writing detailed documentation of system operations and maintenance.
• Providing recommendations to improve system performance.
• Identifying and resolving technical problems related to the building’s integrated systems.

Job Brief:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate BMS systems in buildings.
• Perform system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide recommendations on improving system performance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to building systems.
• Write detailed documentation of system operations and maintenance.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience of 1-5 years as a BMS operator.
• Working knowledge of BMS, HVAC, lighting, building automation, and security systems.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
