Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled BMC Helix Developer with experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the BMC Helix ITSM platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customizing Helix modules, integrating with external systems, and optimizing workflows to support enterprise IT service management.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop custom applications and workflows within the BMC Helix platform.
Customize and extend Helix modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, and Knowledge Management.
Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, web services, and middleware.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize performance and scalability of Helix applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Helix development and configuration.
Maintain documentation for all customizations, configurations, and integrations.
Support upgrades, migrations, and patching activities.

Job Requirements

Strong expertise in customizing Helix modules and integrating with external systems.
Experience in optimizing workflows to support enterprise IT service management.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
