Blockchain Developer

As a Blockchain Developer based in Chennai, you will be responsible for designing and architecting secure and scalable blockchain systems, which include smart contracts and consensus mechanisms. Your role will involve developing and deploying smart contracts using languages such as Solidity, Python, or similar languages. You will also be creating decentralized applications that seamlessly integrate with blockchain networks. In this position, you will apply cryptographic methods and conduct audits to ensure the security of blockchain infrastructure. Collaboration with front-end, back-end teams, and stakeholders will be essential for smooth integration. Additionally, you will be conducting rigorous testing, debugging, and resolving any issues to uphold performance and compliance standards. Continuous enhancement of blockchain performance and scalability will be part of your responsibilities, along with monitoring and updating blockchain applications post-deployment. Staying updated with emerging blockchain technologies and trends through research and development activities is crucial for this role. To excel in this position, you should possess proficiency in Solidity, Python, Java, and familiarity with Ethereum, Hyperledger, APIs, and frameworks. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering coupled with at least 3 years of experience in blockchain development is required. Any additional expertise in cryptography, certified blockchain credentials (e.g., CBD), and strong communication/project management skills will be considered a bonus. This is a full-time role with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person in Chennai, and the expected start date is 11/06/2025.
