Job Title: Customer Service Agent (Refunds)
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
70% non voice and 30% voice
Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience in a BPO / Call Centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally, focusing on refunds.
Manage irate or upset applicants with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Effectively handle escalations via multiple channels including outbound calls, emails, and social media.
Diffuse customer complaints to enhance overall customer experience.
Coordinate and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth issue resolution.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Proven experience in conflict resolution and complaint management.
Proactive attitude towards improving customer satisfaction.
