Job Description

Specialize in the design, manufacturing, and quality assurance of the body structure of vehicles before painting and assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop BIW components and assemblies using CAD software.
Oversee manufacturing processes like welding, riveting, and adhesive bonding.
Perform feasibility studies to ensure cost-effectiveness and manufacturability.
Ensure compliance with safety and structural integrity standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of BIW components.
Resolve technical issues in design and production phases.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
Strong knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, NX).
Familiarity with BIW processes and standards.
Experience with materials like high-strength steel and aluminum.
