We are seeking an individual with an affinity towards Bioinformatics Analyst with a background in sequencing data analysis to join our dynamic research team. The ideal candidate will have prior projects on analyzing and interpreting large-scale sequencing data, and a keen interest in applying machine learning techniques to biological data.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex sequencing datasets (e.g., Whole Metagenome Genome sequencing).

• Contribute to the design of study protocols and reports.

• Provide statistical input and review for advanced research studies.

• Collaborate with other teams, offering statistical expertise for cross-disciplinary projects.

• Perform simulations to evaluate study design and analytical approaches.

• Ensure high-quality results and performance for assigned studies.

• Handle data manipulation to support daily tasks and analyses.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R.

• Predictive modeling and the ability to apply critical thinking to experimental designs.

• Expertise in modern data manipulation and statistical analysis methods.

• Ability to provide strategic and scientific insights at the study or protocol level.

• Ability to translate research findings into scientific publications.

Eligibility

• Master's degree in bioinformatics / Biostatistics or a related field.

• 0-1years of experience.

• Scientific publications or Projects in related fields are a plus.
