Job Description

Role Designation: BIM MEP – PHE, MECH, ELE

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3–4 years’ experience in multidisciplinary MEP projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage Plumbing, Fire Protection, Mechanical, and Electrical BIM models/drawings in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM360 with minimal supervision.
Perform system design, layouts, material take-offs, clash detection, interdisciplinary coordination, and vendor drawing reviews.
Prepare reports, feasibility studies, design documentation, and bills of quantities.
Lead design areas, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with international BIM/CAD standards.

Required Skills & Experience

3–4 years’ experience in multidisciplinary MEP projects.
Strong in Revit (advanced user preferred), Navisworks, BIM Collaboration Pro, and Dynamo (desirable).
Knowledge of international BIM standards, codes, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Ability to interpret drawings, produce accurate models, and deliver projects to time and cost.
