BIM Modeler

As a BIM Modeler at GRID Engineering Services, located in Technopark Thiruvananthapuram, you will be responsible for developing and managing 3D Architectural & Structural models using Revit for a variety of international projects. Your role will involve creating detailed construction drawings, collaborating with project stakeholders, and ensuring model accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and managing 3D Architectural & Structural models using Revit - Creating detailed construction drawings in collaboration with structural and architectural projects - Translating architectural/Structural drawings and concepts into precise digital models - Coordinating with interdisciplinary BIM processes and clash detection - Collaborating and coordinating with project stakeholders - Updating and revising models based on design changes and feedback - Generating construction documents, drawings, and schedules from the BIM model - Adhering to BIM standards and protocols - Managing and organizing BIM data - Identifying and resolving modeling conflicts and clashes - Troubleshooting technical issues related to Revit software Qualifications Required: - Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D Modelling skills - Architecture and Construction Drawings expertise - Experience in Dynamo development and As-Built drawings - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Join GRID Engineering Services, an ISO 9001:2015 certified consultancy specializing in Structural and Architectural design, BIM Services, and more.
