Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Manager located in Ahmedabad. The BIM Manager will oversee and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, manage virtual design processes, and ensure effective collaboration among architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines. Day-to-day tasks include leading BIM coordination meetings, developing and maintaining BIM models, resolving design issues, and ensuring adherence to project standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
• Experience in Virtual Design and Architecture
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
