Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with extensive experience in billing, tendering, and coordination to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead efforts in managing billing processes, preparing tender documents, and ensuring effective coordination across various construction projects to ensure they meet timelines and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Tender Documentation: Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation for construction projects.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of construction projects and adherence to project timelines.
• Cost Monitoring: Monitor costs and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across projects to avoid overruns.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements specific to the construction industry.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office, MS Project

Key Requirements

• Experience: 6-11 years of experience in billing, tendering, and project coordination within the real estate or construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail for analyzing complex construction documents and contracts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in billing or project management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
