Billing Engineer

We are looking for experienced Billing Engineers to join our on-site teams in NCR Region. The role involves managing project billing, preparing client and subcontractor bills, verifying quantities, and ensuring accuracy of all billing activities.

We have openings for:

• Billing Engineer – High-Rise Multi-Level Building Project (Construction with Interiors focus)
• Billing Engineer – High-End Interiors Project

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, and payment certificates.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors for quantity tracking and verification.
• Ensure accurate measurement of executed works as per drawings and BOQ.
• Maintain records of material reconciliation, variations, and extra items.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications and commercial terms.
• Support project teams in cost control and billing-related documentation.
• Assist in contract management, change orders, and project billing reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in construction billing, with at least 2–3 years in interior works billing.
• Strong knowledge of IS Codes, BOQ, rate analysis, estimation, and measurement techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (e.g. ERP systems, MS Project/Primavera knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Strong coordination ability with site team and contractors.
