Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Keeping records of measurement /clients/department billing/verification by clients/department.
Quantity Analysis, Quantity survey.
Preparation of MPR, DPR, WPR, understanding the scope of work, and quantity estimation. Daily & weekly work schedules. Obtain measurements from site engineers.
Preparation of contractor and client bills & process, procurement & resource plan, work orders. Evaluation and monitoring of sub-contractor bills. Study the drawings and calculations of material, BOQ with item rates.
Reconciliation of materials and bills and get certification. Follow up with the Accounts department for payments. Project-related documentation, correspondence, and drawings. Attend project progress review meetings. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legal compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of civil construction & related work, study of drawing. Knowledge of Estimation & Costing, Bar Bending Schedule, Rate Analysis, Labour & Machinery Analysis.
