As a Benefits Processor I at Aon Health Solutions in Gurgaon, you play a crucial role in administering benefit schemes for the employees of our clients. Your primary responsibilities include generating reports on member activity, responding to queries from members, providers, and clients, as well as producing letters, documentation, and preparing reports. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Learning about clients, systems, and tools, and being proficient in processing and checking. - Contributing to the team by supporting colleagues based on their needs. - Sharing best practices with colleagues through process and tool training. - Identifying issues with processes and driving solutions. - Implementing changes to tools and documentation to support effective service delivery. - Participating in new client implementations and understanding the reporting. - Building strong relationships with client teams, peers, and displaying teamwork. - Maintaining required technical knowledge and behavioral standards, especially regulatory and statutory requirements. To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and competencies: - Good communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing ongoing quality. - Collaboration and teamwork. - Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
