Roles & Responsibilities:

• Market bench candidates (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC) to direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
  
• Source requirements from job portals (Dice, Monster, TechFetch, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn) and vendor networks.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
  
• Submit qualified consultant profiles against open requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.
  
• Negotiate rates with vendors and candidates to maximize margins.
  
• Coordinate with consultants throughout the recruitment process until onboarding.
  
• Maintain a pipeline of consultants for upcoming client requirements.
  
• Update and track submissions using ATS/CRM tools.
  
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission & placement targets.
  

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Bench Sales Recruiting within US IT Staffing.
  
• Strong knowledge of employment types W2, C2C, 1099.
  
• Expertise in using job portals & social media platforms for sourcing.
  
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written & verbal).
  
• Strong understanding of IT skills/technologies to effectively market consultants.
  
• Ability to work in US time zones and meet deadlines.
  

Good to Have:

• Established vendor/client contacts for quick closures.
  
• Knowledge of US HR/immigration processes.
  
• Ability to handle multiple consultants at once and work under pressure.
  

Education:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field preferred.
