Timings: 9AM to 6PM (Mon- Fri)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to start their career. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to the complete bench sales and recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full sales and recruitment lifecycle for the US IT industry.
• Post consultants’ resumes on major US job portals such as Indeed, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder.
• Communicate with clients and vendors in the US market when required.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms for sourcing and tracking candidates.
• Understand and adhere to the company’s terms and conditions during purchase order execution.
• Conduct feedback sessions with candidates after interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Internship or prior experience in recruitment/sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and social media recruiting tools is advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, US-based environment.

Experience:

0–2 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
