Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, source, and onboard consultants across various visa statuses and skill sets to build a strong internal bench.
• Maintain strong consultant relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance.
• Market available consultants to clients, vendors, and implementation partners for quick placement.
• Handle rate negotiations, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet placement goals and reduce bench time.
• Stay updated on immigration policies and staffing industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in US IT staffing with a focus on bench management (end-to-end).
• Strong understanding of immigration terms and documentation processes.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build consultant pipelines and deliver fast placements.
