Comprehend client needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions encompassing Web Development, Mobile Apps, ERP, CRM, Cloud Services, and more. Efficiently convert leads into successful business transactions through clear communication and persistent follow-ups. Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements to not only meet but exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and deliver tailor-made solutions effectively. Conduct engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs for potential clients. Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to pinpoint new business prospects. Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team towards achieving individual as well as collective targets. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA qualifications are advantageous). Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in domestic IT sales or business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth understanding of the Indian IT services landscape and customer purchasing behavior. Proficiency in making cold calls and professionally addressing client objections.
