We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in online bidding portals such as Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, and others. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of proven experience in generating business for IT services, web & mobile app development, or similar domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business through online bidding portals (Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
Identify and target potential clients for IT projects and services.
Prepare and submit proposals, negotiate with clients, and close deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Meet monthly and quarterly business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
1–2 years of experience in online bidding for IT projects.
Strong understanding of web & mobile app development services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to write professional and persuasive proposals.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
