Job Description

Overview of the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Director AB and Operations Team in day to day client revenue reporting status.
Coordinate with Ops Team for Facilitate batch formation, Sharing the invoices.
Track payments, and follow up with clients for collections and receivables.
Maintain strong client relationships by addressing queries, operational needs, and service requests.
Handle new client requests for modifications or changes and route them through proper approval channels.
Track and report key performance metrics, maintaining detailed data records for internal and external reporting.
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Support any additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager as required.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce / Business Administration.
Minimum 6 months of experience in client servicing / BD
Strong project management and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (data analysis, dashboard Preparation)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
