We're seeking a scientist who thrives at the intersection of physics and AIsomeone who can transform complex electrochemical phenomena into predictive models that power real-world applications. Your insights will influence products deployed in electric vehicles and grid-scale storage systems across the globe.

What You Will Do

Pioneer hybrid modeling approachescombining equivalent circuit models, porous electrode theory, and Physics-Aware AI to achieve unprecedented accuracy

Architect thermal management solutions that prevent failures before they happen

Design state estimation algorithms (SOC/SOH/SOP) that outperform industry benchmarks

Build predictive degradation models that extend battery life and reduce warranty costs

Transform research breakthroughs into production-ready solutions alongside our engineering team

Present findings to technical and business stakeholders, driving strategic decisions

What You BringEducation & Experience

MS/M.Tech in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field

5+ years developing and validating battery models in research or industry settings

Technical Expertise

Expert-level Python/MATLAB programming for scientific computing

Hands-on experience with equivalent circuit and porous electrode modeling

Proven track record applying Physics-Aware AI/ML techniques to battery systems

Deep understanding of thermal modeling and management strategies

Experience with battery testing protocols and experimental validation

Bonus Points

PhD focused on electrochemical modeling or battery systems

Publications in leading journals (Journal of Power Sources, Journal of The Electrochemical Society, etc.)

Multi-chemistry expertise (LFP, NMC, NCA, solid-state)

Experience with COMSOL Multiphysics or similar FEA tools

Track record of transitioning research to commercial products
