As a Junior/Intern Baker, you'll be involved in the daily preparation and crafting of our signature chimney cakes and accompanying dessert items. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the preparation and baking of chimney cakes and toppings 2. Operate rotisserie ovens and baking equipment safely and efficiently 3. Uphold hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards as per SOPs 4. Strong interest in baking and street-style desserts 5. Basic dough handling or pastry experience (home baking or training preferred) 6. Fast learner with a can-do attitude and eye for detail 7. Good communication and team spirit 8. Willingness to work early hours, weekends, or peak festive days 9. Manage kiosk as it is live baking pastry
