Backend SDE I

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Take end-to-end ownership of new backend features and product enhancements.
• Contribute to designing and building backend APIs and core system architecture.
• Uphold engineering best practices and help maintain a clean, high-quality codebase.
• Support and mentor junior developers where needed, including conducting code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to convert ideas into impactful business outcomes.
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language
• Exposure to or interest in distributed systems (a plus)
• A natural curiosity for understanding how systems work
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a positive, proactive mindset
