To succeed in this role, you must have proficiency in PHP, a basic understanding or willingness to learn Craft CMS, experience with RDBMS, database design, and MVC, knowledge of MongoDB is a plus, familiarity with object-oriented programming, proficiency with Git version control, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
