: Backend Engineer (Node,Python)

Role Summary:

Design and implement backend services and APIs to support high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop scalable APIs and microservices.
Integrate with databases and external services.
Ensure code quality, security, and performance.

Experience Requirements:

2–3+ years in backend development.
Proficiency in Node.js or Python and database design.
Product Start-up experience
Experience with AI

Preferred:

Healthcare domain knowledge preferred but not mandatory

Interview Process

3-stage process:

Initial screening (communication, aptitude, behavior assessment)
Technical evaluation by US team (problem statement, prototype development)
Final round with leadership panel (CEO, CTO)
