Contract Duration

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications and microservices.
Architect scalable, distributed, cloud-native systems with strong reliability.
Write clean, optimized backend code and perform peer code reviews.
Work with CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment workflows.
Handle databases, caching systems, Kubernetes/Docker-based deployments.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Improve service reliability, reduce latency, and enhance system performance.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of professional backend engineering experience.3
2+ years of experience in service design, architecture, or distributed backend systems.
Strong hands-on proficiency in Golang and Python (must have).
Solid understanding of microservices, cloud-native system design, and distributed systems.
Experience with relational & NoSQL databases.
Experience with Docker, modern development workflows, and backend best practices.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong production experience using Golang, AWS, and Kubernetes.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Prior experience in fast-paced startup environments.
