Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and modern frameworks.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs.
Ensure high performance, robustness, and responsiveness of applications.
Implement modern security standards and data protection measures.
Design and manage efficient data storage solutions.
Debug and resolve backend issues; write comprehensive test suites.
Ensure seamless database integration and backend-frontend communication.
Work with data teams to integrate AI models and big data analytics.

Preferred candidate profile

Professional experience in end-to-end software development.
Strong understanding of OOPs, algorithms, data structures, and system design.
Hands-on experience with ORM tools (e.g., SQLAlchemy).
Proficiency in Git and project management tools like Jira.
Experience with database technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
Familiarity with autoscaling, serverless backends, and CI/CD best practices.
Knowledge of performance optimization and scalable architecture.
Exposure to AI/ML and blockchain technologies is a plus.
Domain knowledge in finance is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
