Backend Developer

Role Overview

As a Backend Software Developer at Fieldiva, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our enterprise-grade solutions. We specialize in adaptive AI-integrated platforms that automate critical operations for enterprises. Your role will directly impact the efficiency and performance of field operations for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Implement microservices and clean architecture principles.
• Work with RabbitMQ and gRPC for service-to-service communication.
• Manage data storage and performance optimization in MongoDB.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered modules.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Contribute to DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, cloud deployment) as required.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 3 years of professional backend development experience.
• Proven experience in developing solutions for field operations or enterprise systems.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js & Express.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, gRPC, and Docker.
• Deep knowledge and experience with MongoDB (schema design, optimization, scaling).
• Solid understanding of microservices and clean architecture principles.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge in DevOps practices is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Candidates without formal degrees but with strong practical experience will also be considered.

Compensation
Up to ₹55,000 per month, based on experience and skill sets.
