Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Backend Developer to join our core engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, with a passion for developing efficient APIs, managing databases, and optimizing system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Implement secure, efficient, and reusable server-side logic.
• Integrate databases, manage data structures, and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Maintain documentation and participate in code reviews.
• Stay current with emerging backend technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer using Node.js and Express.js.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Mongoose, and data modeling.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
