Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable backend systems for the Terrem platform.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs / gRPC services for web and mobile applications.
Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) to ensure data integrity, performance, and security.
Optimize backend architecture for high traffic, scalability, and fast iterations.
Collaborate with product, frontend, and operations teams to build features end-to-end.
Implement authentication, authorization, and secure transaction flows for real estate data.
Monitor, debug, and enhance system performance.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and best practice adoption.
Stay up to date with the latest Go frameworks, libraries, and cloud technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
0-2 years of experience as a Backend Developer (startup/fast-paced environment preferred).
Strong proficiency in Go programming language, concurrency, and memory management
Experience with REST / gRPC APIs and API design best practices
Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and testing frameworks.
Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and microservices architecture.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience in real estate, fintech, or marketplace platforms.
Knowledge of event-driven systems, Kafka, RabbitMQ etc
Exposure to DevOps practices (monitoring, logging, alerting).
Solid understanding of software design principles and clean code practices.
Startup experience with rapid product iterations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
