Back-office Executives

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct web research and collect data on assigned entities
  • Perform due diligence and summarize company profiles
  • Analyze organizational structures and prepare concise reports
  • Extract and organize data from official sources
  • Attend virtual meetings with offshore clients as needed
  • Draft professional emails and communicate effectively with clients
  • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to timelines

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, or related field
  • CA or CS Dropouts are welcome
  • Proficient in

    MS Office

    (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Fluency in English

    (mandatory)
