Role Overview

Responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence on online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Nykaa, etc.) and own website. The role covers product listings, inventory coordination, pricing, promotions, and performance analysis to drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Management:
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).
• Monitor buy-box, pricing, and competition on marketplaces.
• Manage catalog uploads, category approvals, and product variations.
• Inventory & Order Management:
• Coordinate with warehouse/operations to maintain stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
• Track returns, replacements, and reconcile with finance team.
• Marketing & Promotions:
• Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns, ads, and discount strategies.
• Collaborate on banner creatives, seasonal offers, and influencer tie-ups if relevant.
• Data & Reporting:
• Analyze sales trends, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI of ad spends.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.
• Compliance & Communication:
• Ensure adherence to platform policies and tax/GST requirements.
• Act as point of contact with marketplace account managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,463.80 - ₹21,000.00 per month
