Position: Python Developer

Location: Hyderabad

Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented Python Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work on developing and maintaining AI-powered healthcare applications, collaborating with data scientists and healthcare professionals to create robust, scalable solutions. 

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications with a focus on machine learning model deployment and integration 
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement and optimize AI/ML models for healthcare applications 
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards 
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for various healthcare data integration needs 
• Implement robust testing procedures and ensure code quality through unit tests and integration tests 
• Work with healthcare data while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data security standards 
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation 
• Debug and resolve software defects in existing applications 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and healthcare professionals 

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 
• 3+ years of professional Python development experience 
• Strong proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (Django/Flask, NumPy, Pandas) 
• Experience with REST APIs and modern web services 
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles 
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) 
• Experience with SQL and database design 
• Understanding of basic machine learning concepts and frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch) 
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and test automation 

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in healthcare IT or medical software development 
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements 
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) 
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools 
• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare workflows 
• Experience with microservices architecture 
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
