Role Overview

We are seeking a Django Backend Developer with experience in Relational Database

Systems (RDS) to join our Pune-based team. You will collaborate closely with product

managers, frontend developers, and data scientists to build scalable and secure backend

solutions for our AI-focused products.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development

  : Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs

using Django or similar Python web frameworks.

• Database Management

  : Work with Relational Database Systems (RDS) to design

efficient schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.

• Integration & Scalability

  : Integrate backend services with various APIs and

third-party tools, ensuring systems can scale to meet growing demands.

• Performance Monitoring

  : Use monitoring tools to track system performance and

implement optimizations as needed.

• Collaboration

  : Coordinate with the product, design, and AI teams to ensure smooth

end-to-end delivery and solve complex technical challenges.

• Security & Best Practices:

  Adhere to industry security standards and coding best

practices to maintain robust and secure applications.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience working with Django or similar Python frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Relational Database Systems (e.g., PostgreSQL,

MySQL, AWS RDS, etc.) including schema design and query optimization.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication methods, and common backend

design patterns.

• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate in a cross-functional

environment.

• Experience using version control systems like Git and working in an Agile

environment.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
