Role Overview: As a B2C Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth in the consultancy or service industry. You are expected to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage the entire sales process, and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, it is crucial for your success in this role to stay updated with industry trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential clients. - Stay up to date with industry trends and market intelligence. - Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer service. - Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their sales skills and performance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales from the Hospitality sector or Tour and Travel Industry. - Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in B2C sales, preferably in the consultancy or service industry. - Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good understanding of market research and sales forecasting. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Leadership qualities with a focus on driving results. - Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.,
